TASKMASTER REBUILD KIT

The Taskmaster Repair Kit from Ranco is designed to rebuild the essential internals of the Taskmaster valve. This kit includes all the necessary components pictured and needed to rebuild or reinforce your commercial dump trailer’s Taskmaster valve. This repair kit can solve an old, damaged seal, and will stop the bypassing of the current setup. Determining the correct product ID of the repair kit to the model of Taskmaster Valve is important when purchasing replacement pieces to ensure products work together properly.

PLEASE NOTE: Even though the valve might be bypassing; there's exhaust valves and cylinders that could also be bypassing due to damaged seals. Please check all the air components to narrow it down to what's leaking; this kit may not solve your issues.

Need for this product can be determined through periodic maintenance. Manufacturer suggests periodically disassembling the valve for cleaning, inspection, and lubrication. Manufacturer suggests upon rebuild, lubricate all metal-to-metal contact surfaces and all rubber parts with Dow Corning Number 55 Pneumatic Grease.
