Shipping & Fulfillment

Shipping Times:

Our Fulfilment team is here to make sure you get the parts you need as quickly as possible, so that you can get back up and running with little down time.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday – Friday will generally be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM Mountain Time, and on weekends or holidays will generally be shipped the following business day.

We use the following shipping companies to ship most orders:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

When checking out, you will see the shipping options available based on the weight and size of the items that you ordered, and you will be able to select your carrier from that available list.

Once the order has been fulfilled by our fulfillment team, you will receive an email with a tracking number, and be able to track the order in your customer portal.

 

COVID-19 Shipping Delays:

We are continuing to fulfill orders during the COVID-19 Pandemic, but please be aware that shipping times may be affected. While our Fulfillment team is still shipping orders within 48 hours of the order being placed, many carriers are being delayed. We cannot guarantee “Overnight” or “2-Day” Shipping, and in most cases, will not provide refunds due to extended shipping times by the shipping company (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.).

 

Drop Ship Items:

Orders for items marked “Drop Ship” will be fulfilled by the manufacturer directly and could have up to 4 days lead time. We will provide the tracking information to you for the order once we get it from the manufacturer. If the order looks like it is going to take longer than a couple of days to process, we will contact you so that you are aware. We never want you to be wondering about where your order is.

 

LTL Freight:

Some items can only be sent by LTL Freight. These are items that are too heavy to be sent by standard shippers; Items that would need to come on a pallet; or items that may be too large to ship through regular shippers. For these items, we will need to talk with you directly to arrange freight, either over phone, email, or the chat box located in the bottom right corner of the website. Please note that with these items, shipping cannot accurately be calculated by the website due to the LTL Freight requirement.

 

Ordering Questions

Backordered Items:

You can still order items that are on backorder! This ensures that when the item comes in, it will already be reserved for you, and will generally go out the same day it arrives in our warehouse. When items are on backorder, we usually have them within 10 days, but there are exceptions. If an item has a long backorder, we will always contact you to let you know the status so that you can plan accordingly.

 

COVID-19 & Backordered Items

We know how important the right part at the right time having is to our customers, so we do everything we can to keep items in stock. The current COVID-19 Pandemic has made keeping some items in stock difficult, as we are affected by shipping delays from our manufacturers the same way that you are affected by shipping delays when products are sent to you. In addition, some of our manufacturers have had difficulty obtaining the materials to make their products, which has caused the backorder times to be longer than usual. Please know that we are here for you and will work with you. If you have ordered an item that has a long back order, we will gladly cancel and refund the order in its entirety if we are unable to get it in a timely manner. Please contact us if you have questions about your backordered item.

 

Return Policy

Parts cannot be returned without an invoice. Absolutely no returns are allowed on electrical parts or on special orders. All items must be returned in the original undamaged packaging. Material returned may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns are allowed after 30 days (including cores). We do not refund the shipping cost on returned items. Welding Required

Some of our parts require welding in order to be used/installed on your trailer. We have marked these items so that you know that there will be additional steps, and that you will need someone with welding expertise in order to install/use these products. Please note, if you are local to the Salt Lake County area, or will be in the area, we would be happy to assist with installation (at an additional cost). Don’t See What You’re Looking For?

Contact us. If we don’t have it online, we can most likely get it for you. We have access to all of our manufacturer’s catalogs, and can order you the part you need, even if you don’t see it online. 888-424-4003.
