This is a complete axle assembly, has the axle the framework to be mounted and the steerable components on it. This axle would be considered "fully dressed" and ready to mount under a trailer. You will need tires and wheels for this axle; but everything else is there.
This axle is the replacement steerable axle assembly for the Smithco trailers running the 16.6K steerable drop axle.
PLEASE NOTE: This axle must go LTL truck freight; that's the only shipping option for this product.
