CYLINDER TRUNNION MOUNT

Cylinder Trunnion Mount: Cylinder trunnion mounts mount on the sides of the front tub of the trailer. They are welded in and hook onto the two round nubs that stick out on each side of the hydraulic cylinder.

When replacing these trunnion mounts; it's imperative to do a mock up test fit and get the cylinder sitting perfectly straight and weld the lock ring onto the bushing. Lock ring must be welded to the bushing off of the trailer; then reinstall trunnion mounts to the trailer and bolt them onto the guards on each side of the cylinder for supporting the cylinder in lifting; and to prevent any side to side movement while cylinder is in use for dumping the trailer
