The Aero Swivel Collar Mount (SKU: 1001-960702) by Aero acts as a base plate for pivot spring boxes inside a dump trail tarp system. The pivot spring boxes support the trailer’s swing arm operations for tarp removal and cover, including load and unload operations. This Swivel Collar Mount is a component of the Swivel Collar Assembly and sold here, separately. This product is an essential part of the overall performance of the Sidekick 2 Dump Tarp System. The Aero – Swivel Collar Mount replacement part acts jointly with the Swivel Collar Assembly piece of a commercial dump trailer’s tarp system. The Swivel Collar Assembly is the base plate for the pivot spring boxes that support the swing arms for said system. The Aero Sidekick 2 Dump Tarp System requires the Swivel Collar Mount and Assembly to operate properly, but note this SKU is solely the collar mount. (All other parts to a tarp system sold separately.) The pivot box consists of U-groove rollers which reduces the tension on the swing arms, creating the perfect tarp system, automatically protecting materials within the trailer. Unloading materials is also simplified by this Aero part. The Swivel Collar Mount/Assembly holds the big spring (white and black) which allows the perfect amount of tension to aid the tarp motor when flipping the tarp side to side. This Swivel Collar Mount is for the Assembly only, so note that nothing else included when ordering this SKU.
