The rod end cap is used on the 8" Apsco cylinder. The rod end cap will be square; that's the easiest way to ensure that you have an Apsco cylinder. It's usually replaced when the rod end cap becomes damaged; otherwise it's reusable.
PLEASE NOTE: This will only work on an Apsco 8" cylinder. Please make sure that you have an 8" Apsco cylinder before placing an order for this item.
