• Adjusts the outlet of the spray head to only allow certain amounts of water to spray
• Bolt on clamp for sprayhead
• Commonly used on water trucks for water deflection/flow change to prevent flooding
• Completely adjustable by loosening the clamp and then retightening it at the desired spot on the sprayhead
